Most of our properties are pet friendly!

Our company values pets and feels no need to charge extra fee's for being a pet lover, therefore we don't charge pet rent or deposits EVER!* Unless your dog or cat gets a job...

All properties accept dogs except cedar lake apartments, minneapolis/midtown, and uptown/lyndale brownstone. (no pets at washburn, sorry).
